The steps to feeling happier and healthier don’t need to be intimidating—I specialize in guided movement and breathwork to ensure you reach your goals. 

A Pilates Instructor,  BREATHE ™ Certified Coach and Intuitive Energy Healer, I’m equipped to lead you in private sessions, virtual classes, and group workshops from my San Luis Obispo Studio. 

Beyond technical training and over a decade of experience, the truths revealed from my own journey to self-healing light the way to serving you.
