MOVE YOUR BODY

 

Starting in September, I will be joining the team at Pilates Collective Slo!  Join me in the AM to kick your day off to a great start.  In these classes, we will be connecting to the Mind+Body through movement using the Joseph Pilates Method.  Breath is a FOUNDATION in Pilates and one of the core principles. However, without proper posture and Mind + Body Awareness, our ability to breathe fully and freely can be greatly affected. It's important to take out time each week for you!  So join me and Relearn what you were BORN to do!
