At the same time, develop a powerhouse routine with a Pilates practice to build total-body strength from head to toe! Regain flexibility and improve core strength to stand tall and feel proud!

  • We take a limited group of highly motivated and excited business owners, entrepreneurs, and recovering desk jockeys with each round to deliver a high-caliber service to each client we work with.

  • This program is unlike any other program that you will find out there. I've taken my most successful programs and combined them into this comprehensive 12-week course. You don't know how many times I've heard from past clients, years later, that the work that we’ve done together was life-changing!

  • Not only do you receive all of the videos and content through your portal, but you can watch them at your convenience and revisit them at any time.

  • In addition, you will have one year of access to all videos + content on your portal so you can keep going after the 12-week program!

Detailed Curriculum

In this program, you get access to 12 weekly modules that are dripped out in 3 phases over 12 weeks. Easily fit the curriculum inside your busy schedule. Each week you will have a new focus, interchanging breath with pilates. 6-week focus on breathwork, and 6-week focus on pilates. You'll be held accountable through 2 weekly classes (1 breath + 1 pilates) and bi-weekly coaching calls, so you don't fall through the cracks!

Live Classes + Daily Support

Access to live weekly classes for accountability and support. Daily support is also available by asking detailed questions through Voxer (a voice chat app). This is like having us in your back pocket! (Mon-Thurs support).

 

Access to the program for 1-year

When you join the 12 weeks to an Inspired You Program, you have access to the training modules for a whole year. Even after the coaching support and community end at 90 days, the support modules will be there for you every step of your journey.

1-1 Coaching + Accountability

This is one HUGE benefit of the program. You get customized, in-depth support during 1:1 bi-weekly coaching calls. This is your opportunity to ask the hard questions and help you stay on track with your goals. As long as you're giving 110%, you'll receive 110% back from your coach in support.
