Jena is the owner of Dharma Yoga Loft, a yoga, wellness and gathering space in Paso Robles. She also developed 805 Adventures for Adults + Children to experience weekly youth surf + adventure camps, overnight campouts and retreats.

How did Jena start to access this system?

What is interesting is how I accessed the inner compass. By not being able to hear very well as a child I relied on energy. With the dulling of one sense I heightened another and it helped me understand how to tap in.
